ABOUT
Queens Park Apartments is a four-storeyed fully furnished apartment complex. Located in Nawala in the Colombo District, it consists of 6 stylishly designed 3 bedroom apartments which can be divided into 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartments for a total of 12 apartment units. The building is inside a quiet, well secured, walled compound in a highly residential neighbourhood, close to supermarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, and many of Sri Lanka's main hospitals.
All apartments are fully furnished and fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.
Linen, towels & toiletries, shared washing machine , dryer and housekeeping are available weekly free of charge.
All apartments are with a fully equipped pantry and are accessible by a lift or staircase. The free use of a swimming pool (5-minute walk) is available to residents.
Limited free parking is available on request and a common rooftop with a sitting area for guest relaxation.
